Terms of Service

We provide consultancy, CRM automation, marketing strategy, systems development, and research services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in writing for each engagement.

• Provide accurate information and timely access to systems required to deliver the work.
• Maintain ownership of and rights to any content, accounts, or data provided to us.
• Make payments on time as agreed in the engagement.

Fees are payable as outlined in the relevant proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All frameworks, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials remain the property of Ngoma The Brand LLC. Custom deliverables produced for a client become the client’s property upon full payment, except for any underlying tools or proprietary components.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of delivering the agreed work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Fees due for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
